A bit about my approach to therapy

I take pride in providing high-quality care for my clients, with an open-minded and supportive approach. I advocate for simplistic and effective medication regimens. I also utilize humor and casual conversation in conjunction with therapy principles, coping skills, and relaxation techniques.
