Great to meet you!
I believe that life is about relationship and I carry a systemic approach throughout my work with individuals, couples and families. I bring my curiosity for the roots we stem from and the narratives we carry with us to better understand how they shape and inform our present lives. I strive to foster an environment where clients feel empowered and able to be transparent and collaborative. I believe that the fit between therapist and client is not only essential for therapy to be beneficial but that it serves as a holding space to better our informal relationships to other and to self. I have extensive training and clinical experience working with polyamorous clients and their polycules, postpartum and pregnant persons, couples, families of all makings and individuals who present with a broad spectrum of initial concerns.
I earned my Master’s in Couples and Family Therapy from Drexel University and have served both in a clinical and home-based settings throughout my career. My career offers me the immense privilege to learn from and with clients every day and I recognize that in order to be present and guiding, I must be willing to go just as deep as I am challenging clients to. I work with clients to address relationship distress, trauma, anxiety, depression, identity development, disruptions in attachments, infidelity, co-/parallel parenting, infertility and life’s many transitions.
I am a Certified Mental Health provider through Postpartum Support International and use a variety of treatment approaches to support clients toward their self-identified goals.
