Great to meet you!

I partner with clients to support healing, growth, and positive transformation. I offer an intimate space that’s grounded in empathy and curiosity. But I'm also real, direct, and sometimes a little playful. Therapy with me isn’t stiff or clinical; it's human, heartfelt, and intuitive. I’ve helped clients reframe and navigate anxiety, chronic illness, trauma, depression, and shame, offering relief from painful symptoms and limiting beliefs. I’m EMDR trained and bring over 25 years of yoga and meditation practice into the room with us.

My approach to therapy

I see you as the expert on your own life. My approach is collaborative and rooted in the belief that you already hold what you need to heal — I’m just here to help you access it. We’ll explore your experiences with compassion and curiosity, while also staying open to a little challenge and a lot of truth. I blend evidence-based practices with mindfulness and body awareness, creating a space that supports both insight and action.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions feeling lighter, more grounded, and clearer about what’s next. You can expect to feel seen and supported — and maybe even laugh a little along the way. Whether we’re talking relationships, chronic illness, big life transitions, self-worth, identity, or spirituality, my goal is to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, resilience, and a sense of possibility.
