Maybe you're feeling stuck in familiar patterns, struggling in your relationships, or finding it difficult to feel grounded in who you are. Perhaps you're navigating anxiety, painful experiences from the past, family expectations, or a period of change that's left you questioning what comes next. You might be a young adult finding your footing, a parent worried about your teenager, or a couple or family struggling to connect. Whatever brings you here, therapy can offer a space to feel understood, explore what's beneath the surface, and move toward a more authentic relationship with yourself and others.
I believe meaningful change begins with feeling genuinely seen and understood. My approach is warm, relational, and collaborative, grounded in curiosity about the experiences and patterns that shape us. Together, we'll look beyond symptoms to explore what's happening underneath, creating space for greater self-awareness, connection, and lasting change. I value both insight and practical change, so therapy may involve understanding patterns more deeply while also building new ways of coping, communicating, and relating. And sometimes there may not be anything “big” to process or unpack—and that does not make therapy any less meaningful. Sometimes having one hour where you can slow down, be fully seen and heard, and have another person sit with you in what you’re carrying can be valuable in itself.
