Great to meet you!

If you’re living with the effects of trauma, military service, PTSD, or intense emotions, you don’t have to manage it alone. I work with adults who want more than just a place to talk — they want therapy that is focused, effective, and grounded in real tools. I specialize in trauma, PTSD, and Borderline Personality Disorder, and I bring a structured, evidence-based approach to help clients build stability, process painful experiences, and move toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I start by meeting you where you are. Some people feel ready to begin deeper work right away, while others need time to build trust first. Together, we’ll talk about your goals, your readiness, and what support would feel most helpful. I use evidence-based treatments for trauma and emotional regulation, including Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing Therapy, ACT, and DBT. My approach is structured and collaborative, with a focus on helping you make progress both in and outside of sessions.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current challenges, what you’ve tried before, and what you hope will feel different moving forward. I’ll ask questions to better understand your history and goals, and we’ll begin outlining a treatment plan together. It’s completely normal to feel nervous at first, and we’ll move at a pace that feels manageable and supportive for you.
