Hi, I’m Min Kyoung. Many of my clients come to me carrying anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, or grief they’ve managed on their own for far too long. They want a therapist who truly hears them, who understands both the words they share and the emotions that sit underneath. Using CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, I help clients make sense of overwhelming feelings, build steadier patterns, and find relief.
