Great to meet you!

I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most meaningful transitions. With decades of clinical and medical experience, I work with clients across the lifespan—from young adults navigating identity and purpose to older adults facing aging and end-of-life concerns.

I specialize in helping people process grief, build self-esteem, and develop resilience as they navigate major life changes. I'm particularly skilled in supporting women through midlife transitions, fertility concerns, attachment challenges, and caregiver stress. I also work with individuals managing ADHD and its impact on daily life.

I'm honored to walk alongside you as you explore what matters most and build a life that feels authentic and meaningful.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in compassion and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey. I believe that self-love, self-understanding, and discovering a sense of purpose can be powerful parts of the healing process. My goal is to create a supportive space where you can explore your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and gain greater clarity about what matters most to you.

Whether you are navigating loss, questioning your direction or purpose, or managing the emotional complexities of caregiving, I am here to walk alongside you. Together, we will work toward helping you better understand yourself, build resilience, and move through life’s challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and strength.

What you can expect from me

First sessions are a great opportunity for us to learn more about each other and begin building a strong foundation for our work together. Through curiosity, thoughtful questions, and reflective listening, I’ll take time to better understand who you are, what has brought you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from the process.

The first session is also an opportunity for you to get curious about me and how I approach therapy. I welcome your questions about my therapeutic style, the process, and what I find meaningful and life-affirming about this work. My goal is for our first session to feel like a genuine conversation where you feel heard, supported, and comfortable exploring whether we are the right fit for one another.
