Great to meet you!
My own positive experiences as a client are what motivated me to become a therapist. I learned to process past painful experiences, connect more fully with my emotions, and show up more authentically and with more joy in my relationships. In addition to my master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and general clinical training, I have additional training in multiculturally competent approaches; transpersonal/spiritual experiences; LGBTQ+ concerns; and using creative arts, dreamwork, and play in therapy. I've been lucky enough to receive top-ranked formal education across several academic domains, and lucky enough to have also received valuable informal education through a variety of jobs, relationships, and participation in the arts locally. I'm always learning. I enjoy diverse human stories and supporting people excavating their own personal truths toward greater freedom.
