Great to meet you!

I have experience working with a wide array of clients. I commonly treat clients with depression, anxiety, and ADHD. I also have quite a bit of experience with clients who have lost someone dear to them, and are trying to find a way though that grief. In addition to those areas, I also treat a number of other issues not yet mentioned, such as bipolar disorder, OCD, problems in interpersonal relationships, stress management, career-related concerns, trauma, and more.

My approach to therapy

When working with clients, I like to use an individualized approach, tailoring treatment to your specific needs. I will help you utilize your existing strengths, and develop new skills to address problem areas. I will also help you identify problematic thought patterns that are exacerbating your troubles, and help you replace them with thoughts and beliefs that foster your well-being. I also like to give clients new tools that you can implement immediately to reduce distress.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will give us the opportunity to spend some time getting to know one another and determine if this is a good therapeutic fit.

Clients who work with me often leave therapy with improved communication skills, task and time management skills, and increased self-esteem. They also develop the ability to identify, express, and cope with their emotions in healthy ways, and learn to set and enforce boundaries.

You, too, can achieve these goals and more! Start by booking a short call.
