Great to meet you!

I have been licensed as an LPC for 24years. I have experience with children, teenagers, adults, couples and families. I have worked in private practice settings as well as clinical day schools, residential treatment centers, and public schools. I utilize a toolbox of counseling techniques that can be utilized in counseling sessions.I believe that each client has different goals and needs, therefore, the therapeutic process is unique to each individual.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to serve as a guide for my clients to help them find their path. I participate in sessions through reflection; feedback and suggestions in order to assist my clients with achieving their therapeutic goals.

What you can expect from me

My clients can expect me to actively listen and engage. My clients can anticipate that they will be challenged in their sessions and asked to apply new skills outside of the therapy session. I hope that my clients will leave the therapy session with new perspectives; approaches and skills to achieve their goals in various areas of their lives.
