Great to meet you!

I have an MSW from the University of Missouri-Columbia and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Missouri. The majority of my experience has been providing therapeutic support to individuals with Autism as well as their families including siblings and parents. My work has involved helping parents navigate daily life stressors, set and achieve meaningful goals and improve both their mental health and ability to engage effectively with their child with ASD.

My approach to therapy

Everyone goes through challenges and difficult times in life, and I enjoy being a support to others during these times. I take a highly empathetic approach, along with CBT theory in mind, and prioritize having a deep understanding of your unique experiences and perspectives. Having a strong & collaborative relationship will help us work together to utilize the strengths you already have to improve in the areas you seek to focus on.

What you can expect from me

I seek to have clients feel heard, understood and validated in their feelings while also encouraged to make positive change.
