Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a strong background in helping adults navigate anxiety, boundaries, and long-standing patterns of people-pleasing, anxiety, codependency, and self-doubt.

I work with clients who are ready to put themselves first, gain clarity, and begin the process of meaningful growth and healing.

If you’re the person who carries the emotional load for everyone else—whether in your family, relationships, or at work—and you’re feeling burnt out and ready for change, I’m here to help.

My approach is warm, empowering, and solution-focused. I offer a supportive space to process your experiences while providing clear guidance and practical tools you can use right away. I’m especially passionate about supporting high-achievers, care givers, trauma survivors, and anyone navigating relationship stress, anxiety, or who wants to build stronger confidence, boundaries, and purpose.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, collaborative, and rooted in trauma-informed care. I integrate CBT, attachment work, somatic strategies, strengths-based therapy, and solution-focused techniques to help clients gain clarity and make meaningful changes. I’m both warm and direct—I’ll listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and offer actionable steps to help you move forward. Together, we’ll identify patterns, heal emotional wounds, and build the skills you need to feel grounded and empowered.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an intake appointment, which means we’ll focus on getting to know you, understanding what brings you to therapy, and identifying the goals you’d like to work on. I’ll ask questions about your history, current concerns, and any patterns you’ve noticed so we can build a clear picture of your needs. This is a collaborative, supportive conversation—not a test—and you’re welcome to share at your own pace. By the end of our time, you’ll have a sense of your therapeutic goals, what our work together will look like, and the reassurance that you’re in a safe, understanding space designed to support your growth.
