Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work and extensive experience supporting adults through anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.

I specialize in working with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, perfectionism, overthinking, self-doubt, or difficulty setting boundaries. Many of my clients are young professionals, high-achievers, caregivers, and deeply empathetic individuals who are used to carrying a lot for others and are ready to reconnect with themselves.

I’m passionate about helping clients understand their patterns, build confidence, strengthen emotional regulation, and create healthier relationships with themselves and others. Whether you are navigating anxiety, relationship stress, burnout, trauma, or a major life transition, I provide support and tools to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Clients often tell me they feel safe opening up fully in our work together. I create a warm, nonjudgmental, and comfortable environment where you can be your authentic self without fear of criticism or judgment.

I bring a balance of compassion and honesty, so you feel both supported and gently challenged. My goal is to help you feel understood while empowering you to make meaningful, lasting changes.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, client-centered, and rooted in trauma-informed care. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel accepted and understood while also gaining practical tools to create meaningful change.

I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), attachment-based work, somatic strategies, strengths-based therapy, and solution-focused techniques to support clients navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

I’m both warm and direct. I’ll listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and help you explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that influence how you see yourself and navigate relationships.

Together, we’ll work on building emotional awareness, healthier coping strategies, stronger boundaries, and a deeper connection with yourself. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and confident in creating a life that feels aligned with who you are.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about creating a foundation of trust, safety, and understanding. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what has been challenging, and what you hope to gain from our work together.

I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, relationships, coping patterns, strengths, and goals. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy—my role is to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing and identify where we can begin.

You can expect a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can show up as yourself. We’ll begin identifying areas of focus and creating a plan that feels realistic and supportive for your needs.

By the end of our first session, I hope that you feel heard, understood, and hopeful about the process, with greater clarity about your next steps and the tools we can build together.
