Great to meet you!

I listen and find your strengths to help you become the person you want to be. I am direct and hold you accountable as well as help you find forgiveness to heal and find the joy to lead you to a better life. I believe we all have the opportunity to overcome life's challenges but we must have the courage to ask for help. Sometimes asking for help can be scary and I want to provide you with a safe and honest space to create the life you deserve.

My approach to therapy

I work therapeutically with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds. I am a certified therapist in PCIT, CPP, Triple P and FASD parenting, maternal mental health, couples, crisis and children issues. I have over 15 years experience working with children exposed to trauma and history of DCFS involvement.

What you can expect from me

My clients should expect to feel confident and motivate to make a change in their lives. Clients usually feel heard, validated and safe to address their weakness and use their strengths to become the person they want to be.
