Great to meet you!

Life transitions can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re trying to hold it all together on the outside while internally feeling anxious, stuck, or unsure of what comes next.

Many of the teens and young adults I work with are thoughtful, capable people who appear to have things together but internally feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about their direction. You might be navigating career pressure, relationship challenges, family expectations, identity exploration, or major life changes while trying to better understand yourself.

For parents, you may be noticing changes in your teen or young adult pulling away, struggling emotionally, becoming harder to reach and feeling unsure how to best support them.

I provide therapy for teens, young adults, and parents who want a space to slow down, feel understood, and build practical tools that help in everyday life. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in helping you reconnect with yourself, strengthen relationships, and navigate life’s transitions with more confidence. I integrate evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care while tailoring therapy to your unique needs.

I also accept select insurance plans to help make therapy more accessible.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, person-centered, and collaborative. I integrate CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and attachment-based approaches to help you better understand your emotions, build coping and regulation skills, and strengthen your relationships.

At the same time, therapy with me is not overly clinical. It feels like a real conversation where you can be honest, feel understood, and begin making sense of what’s been weighing on you. I’ll meet you where you are while gently helping you move forward in ways that feel realistic, practical, and sustainable.

I offer virtual therapy throughout California as well as walk-and-talk therapy in West Los Angeles for clients who prefer a more relaxed, natural setting.

What you can expect from me

The first session is centered on helping you feel comfortable, supported, and understood. You’ll have space to share your story, talk about what’s been weighing on you, and explore what you’d like to work toward in therapy without pressure or judgment.

Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals and creating a plan that feels realistic and aligned with your needs. My goal is for therapy to feel natural and approachable: a space where you can open up freely, feel safe being yourself, and often find yourself sharing more than you expected.

Many clients tell me it feels like finally having a space where they can simply talk, process, and feel understood.
