Great to meet you!

I am a Bilingual provider with several years of experience working with adults and young adults of diverse backgrounds. I believe in affirming my clients individual lived experiences and working collaboratively . I look forward to connecting with anyone that is committed to their process.

While I enjoy all of my clients, I am especially committed to working with individuals from LGBTQIA+, Immigrant & LatinX (hablo Espanol perfectamente!) communities , neurodiversity, adults with ADHD, & BIPOC .

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am passionate about finding ways to work together in a welcoming safe environment. I want to help you create the most actualized “you”. Let’s explore challenges, and forge a path towards creating change. As humans, we all have the capacity to evolve, and I want you to believe in your ability to evolve, grow.

Additionally, self-compassion, kindness and authenticity are values that I think are essential to the healing process , and I will place an emphasis on these during our time together.

What you can expect from our first session

I want my clients to feel safe, seen, heard and welcomed . I strive to provide my clients with a space completely free of judgements , where transparency, openness and integrity are front and center . I also would like for my clients to feel that they are gaining something important and helpful from each of our sessions .
