Great to meet you!

I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor with over a decade of experience in a variety of settings and populations served. I specialize in analytical assessment and customized treatment planning that helps individuals accomplish their goals while feeling validated and empowered.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Each person is uniquely themselves. My therapeutic approach is not a "one size fits all." I apply evidence-based clinical practices to each of my clients on an individualized case by case basis. My approach is person centered and integrative. I match evidence-based treatment with each client's particular concern or concerns through first understanding the individual's personality traits, preferences, needs, spiritual beliefs, openness, and motivation level.

What you can expect from our first session

My Clients' report feeling "whole again", "understood," "understanding themselves better," "understanding others better," "increased knowledge," "hope," "growth," "healing," and "happiness."
