What you can expect from me

During our first session, clients can expect to be greeted warmly, complete intake interviewing (bio, psych, and social information), share background/history of their current concern(s), and set therapeutic goals.

This is apart of the engagement phase of therapy- the initial stage where the therapist and client meet, build trust, and form a working relationship.
