Great to meet you!

Hi there! As a therapist, I provide individualized care in a warm, supportive environment, with a commitment to fostering growth, self-acceptance, and healing. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, self-doubt, and challenges with self-esteem and confidence in relationships, personal growth, and life transitions. This can show up as overthinking, difficulty trusting oneself, or repeating unfulfilling relationship patterns. I provide a supportive and relational space to build self-worth, strengthen self-confidence, and develop a more grounded and authentic sense of self.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, relational, and culturally informed. I focus on helping you understand the emotional and relational patterns that impact how you think, connect, and respond. As a multicultural and multilingual therapist, I offer therapy in English, Arabic, and Swedish, and work with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. I bring an understanding of how cultural identity, family expectations, and lived experience shape self-esteem, relationships, and emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, my goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard and supported. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, and begin to get to know each other. I’ll also answer any questions you have about the therapy process. This session is about setting the foundation for a collaborative and trusting relationship at your pace.
