Great to meet you!

I specialize in providing culturally responsive mental health support to individuals from diverse backgrounds and communities. I work with people experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, discrimination, chronic illness, and challenges related to cultural adjustment and identity.

My approach to therapy

My clinical approach is grounded in decolonizing and trauma-informed frameworks, integrating Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, attachment theory, mindfulness, and relational theory. I draw from these approaches to understand each client within the context of their lived experiences, relationships, identities, and broader social and cultural environments.

What you can expect from me

As a therapist I like to go at the clients pace. The healing journey isn't easy or linear but it has the power to repair and better understand emotional wounds.
