Great to meet you!

I specialize in mental health needs of the BIPOC (black, indigenous people of color) community. I provides therapy to people who are facing depression, anxiety, traumatic events, racism, death and dying, chronic illness, loss and grief, abuse, violence, and acculturation. I also facilitate specialized support groups associated to workplace trauma.

My approach to therapy

My clinical practice is based on the foundation of decolonization, trauma theory, dialectical behavioral therapy, EMDR, attachment theory, neurobiology, and the sacred art of meditation.

What you can expect from me

As a therapist I like to go at the clients pace. The healing journey isn't easy or linear but it has the power to repair and better understand emotional wounds.
