Great to meet you!

With more than 25 years of professional experience, I assist clients with relationship issues, family conflicts, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and career challenges. I strive to create an open and secure environment where clients can express their thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. I understand that taking the first step to engage in therapy requires courage, and I commend you for beginning this journey!

My approach to therapy

My approach is psychodynamic and strength-based, blending practices from both Eastern and Western psychology and spiritual traditions to integrate body, mind, and spirit. I only offer individual therapy and no couples or family therapy.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to be fully heard and treated with respect and dignity. They will be encouraged to share all feelings, concerns, doubts, fears and hopes. The goal of the sessions is for us to explore, clarify, uncover and find workable solutions and deeper understandings of self and others. Sometimes the client will be encouraged to practice a new skill or coping strategy and report back.
