Great to meet you!

Life can bring on challenges that are difficult to work through without support. As the daughter of immigrant parents, I understand the complexities of intergenerational trauma. The weight of cultural and societal expectations can take a toll on one’s mental health. Family & religious pressure can also have a negative effect on our own identity and self-perception. As a therapist, my goal is to help clients embrace their authentic selves and find new paths of healing and growth.

***Currently I only see adult individual clients and do not see couples or children.

My approach to therapy

I take a person-centered approach to therapy where I place a strong importance on the client-therapist relationship. I want my clients to feel seen and understood. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment for those in session through integrative and holistic techniques. I utilize practices that are based on principles of attachment, mindfulness, and self-compassion.

What you can expect from me

I am passionate about inclusion, diversity and de-stigmatizing mental health in minority communities. I take on a social justice lens to help my clients feel empowered in their true authentic self.
