Great to meet you!

Thank you for being here and taking this important step toward your well-being. I know reaching out can feel daunting, and you are not alone on this journey. I will help you navigate it in a way that is motivating and freeing. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Connecticut with six years of experience supporting individuals on their mental health journeys. I believe mental well-being touches every part of life, and I bring curiosity, warmth, and an open mind to each session. I look forward to supporting you on your path forward.

My approach to therapy

With specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and other therapeutic modalities, I help clients navigate grief, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and trauma. My goal is to empower you with effective tools and compassionate guidance tailored to your unique needs.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will take time to get to know each other. I will ask about what brought you here, what has felt hard, and what you hope our work together will bring. There is no pressure to share more than feels right. My hope is that you leave that first conversation feeling heard, a little lighter, and with a sense that you have found a space that is truly yours.
