Great to meet you!

I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and Healer passionate about helping people heal their relationship with themselves, their bodies, and their early life experiences. As a licensed therapist for 20 years, I support you in discovering a more aligned way of living, one where you are truly at the top of your own priority list.

In our work together, I create a space where you can reconnect with your body while honoring both your vulnerability and your inner strength. From this place, old wounds can heal and you can move through life feeling more grounded, empowered, and whole.

My approach to therapy

Together we will talk about what you would like to shift, heal, or experience differently in your life. I take an integrative approach that honors both your emotional experiences and the wisdom of the body, so we may gently explore patterns from your past while also noticing what is happening in the present moment.

My intention is to help you begin reconnecting with your own inner resources and strengths. Change is always possible, and our work together focuses on creating the awareness, support, and practical tools that allow new patterns to emerge.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, grounded space where you are invited to share your story at your own pace. My role is to listen deeply and help you feel safe, seen, and supported as we explore what has brought you here.

Clients often leave the first session feeling more hopeful, with a clearer understanding of themselves and the sense that real, meaningful change is possible.
