Great to meet you!

I work with individuals who are navigating substance use, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, and other mental health challenges that can feel overwhelming to manage alone. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or trying to recover from painful or traumatic experiences. I also have experience supporting victims of violent crimes and domestic abuse. My goal is to help you process what you’ve been through, better understand yourself, and begin building a path toward greater stability, healing, and emotional wellness.

My approach to therapy

I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Clinical Mental Health from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi and am certified in Mental Health First Aid through the City of Corpus Christi. I use a variety of evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to meet your individual needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to experience peace, stability, and emotional well-being regardless of their past or present circumstances. I strive to provide a safe, supportive environment where clients feel respected, understood, and empowered throughout the healing process. Therapy can be a place to regain hope, build resilience, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
