Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm excited to work with you!

As a board certified, licensed professional counselor and a certified masters addiction therapist, I believe you are one of the most important people you will ever know, and because you are here, you have courageously started on that journey! My focus is on assisting individuals and couples who are struggling with relational concerns, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and or substance use.

My approach to therapy

My hope is that from the very beginning, you feel welcomed, respected, and accepted exactly as you are. I believe that every person has a story worth understanding, and I consider it a privilege to create a safe space where you can be honest, vulnerable, and free to be yourself without judgement. I'm here to walk alongside you-not to tell you who you should be, but to help you discover, understand, and reconnect with the person you already are!

What you can expect from me

From our very first session, you can expect me to meet you with compassion right where you are. I will listen as you share your story, and together, we will identify your goals, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you navigate challenges and create meaningful change. I will hold hope and space for the belief that healing, growth, and a renewed connection with yourself are possible!
