Great to meet you!

Miranda Blaeuer is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Miranda approaches every individual from a strength-based perspective. It is important to build upon what is already working. Miranda has extensive experience working with women and their unique experiences. Miranda provides coaching and counseling focused on parenting. Miranda has two children of her own. Therefore, she knows how exciting (and challenging!) being a mother can be. Miranda also assists clients as they navigate life’s transitions, ranging from young adulthood to divorce and other change of life shifts. It is understood even desired changes can be challenging and require support.

My approach to therapy

Miranda utilizes a variety of approaches: Attachment Theory, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Child Parent Psychotherapy, Mindful Based Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, and other evidenced-based/effective modalities. Each client brings an array of life experiences to the session. Collaboratively, the client and Miranda will work together to face challenges.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to take away greater understanding of themselves, their attachment styles, and how to increase connections to others. Additionally, patterns of interacting will be assessed, as well as themes that continue to present throughout one's life.
