Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Miranda.

I understand that choosing a therapist can feel like a big, sometimes intimidating step. You want someone who’s not just qualified, but someone who really gets you. My hope is that you’ll feel comfortable, supported, and truly seen in our work together.

With 8 years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life —supporting them through life transitions, burnout, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship stress, and the complexities of simply being human.

I bring both clinical expertise and a deep respect for who you are as a whole person—including your values, cultural identity, and faith. As a Christian, I also love incorporating spirituality and prayer into sessions for those who desire that, but it’s always led by you and your comfort level.

If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you with kindness and walk with you through both the hard and hopeful parts of your journey—you’re in the right place.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and real. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation— one where you feel heard, understood, and supported, but also gently challenged when needed. I pull from different evidence-based practices depending on what works best for you, and we’ll move at your pace. As a Christian, I also offer the option to incorporate faith and spirituality into our work together, if that is something that feels meaningful to you. I respect where each person is on their journey and am here to meet you there.

No matter what, I do my best to ensure you know that I am in your corner, and that together we are working to help you make sense of what you’re feeling and find a way forward that feels authentic to you.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive and collaborative space where you'll feel heard, encouraged, and challenged to grow. Together, we’ll work on building insight, confidence, and practical tools to help you move forward with purpose and self-trust.
