Great to meet you!

I believe therapy can be both meaningful and deeply human. Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling like everything has become “too much.” You don’t have to have it all figured out before reaching out My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment, without needing to have the “right” words, and without feeling like you have to carry everything alone. I believe some of our best work happens when you feel genuinely comfortable enough to be yourself, and yes, sometimes that means we’ll laugh together too.

My approach to therapy

My approach is supportive, structured, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should feel like a collaborative conversation rather than someone telling you how to live your life. You’ll find validation here, but I’ll also gently challenge the patterns, beliefs, and habits that may be keeping you stuck because meaningful change often happens when we can do both. Together, we’ll build practical skills, explore what’s beneath the surface, and work toward changes that feel sustainable, not just while you’re in therapy, but long after.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really about getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you hope will be different, and what’s been getting in the way. You don’t need to know exactly where to start, that’s my job to help with. Most importantly, I want you to leave feeling like you’ve been heard and that you don’t have to figure everything out on your own. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you can simply exist as a human, feel understood, and begin making meaningful changes at a pace that feels right for you.
