A bit about my approach to therapy

Miranda uses a Person-Centered approach to counseling, and through the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) modality, help individuals further process emotional, mental and behavioral barriers that might interrupt or impede their ability to navigate daily functions being challenged by internal factors. She allows each person to process in a judgement-free zone, so they can explore the most authentic version of who they are and who they desire to become.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to be empowered, encouraged, and equipped with tools and interventions that will help make daily life navigation through challenges or barriers manageable. They will also find that Miranda's warm and empathetic nature will provide them a safe space to explore, heal, grow and develop in the ways they desire.
