Miranda Jackson

Welcome to TOTAL Counseling PLLC! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 12 years of counseling experience with 3 years in mental health counseling and 9 years serving as a school counselor. I earned a Masters of Education in School Counseling /Mental Health from Lamar University. Throughout my career, I've worked with adolescents and adults navigating academic, social-emotional, developmental, and life challenges. As your therapist, my role is to help you go to the next level in your healing journey.

My approach to therapy is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you can explore your experiences, gain insight, develop healthy coping strategies, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling. I believe healing can interrupt cycles that have been passed down, relationships can become healthier, identity can be explored without shame, and people can learn to live from a place of authenticity rather than simply surviving what life has handed them.

Through compassionate and collaborative counseling, I help clients work through past experiences, navigate life transitions, strengthen relationships, understand themselves more deeply, and move toward lives that reflect their values and authentic identities.
