Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and I'm passionate about creating a space where you can show up just as you are—without fear of judgment. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and stress. My approach is warm, genuine, and collaborative, and I believe therapy should feel like a conversation where you're supported, challenged, and encouraged to grow. Whether you're facing a difficult season or simply want to better understand yourself, I'm honored to walk alongside you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel like a safe conversation where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and supportive, and we'll work together at a pace that feels right for you. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and other evidence-based approaches to help you overcome challenges, build on your strengths, and reach your goals. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling heard, encouraged, and equipped with practical tools you can use in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting to know you and making sure you feel comfortable. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, your goals, and any challenges you're facing—there's no pressure to share everything at once. I'll answer any questions you have and work with you to create a plan that fits your needs. My hope is that you'll leave feeling heard, supported, and confident that you don't have to navigate this journey alone.
