Great to meet you!

I want you to know that you will be met with compassion, respect, and understanding. I believe your story matters, and you deserve a safe space where you can express yourself openly without fear of judgment. With over 15 years of healthcare experience and a background in both family and psychiatric care, I bring a holistic perspective to your treatment. I value collaboration, honest communication, and individualized care because healing is not a one-size-fits-all journey. My goal is to walk alongside you, help you recognize your strengths, and empower you to achieve better mental health and overall well-being. You do not have to navigate life's challenges alone. I am here to listen, support, and partner with you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, holistic, collaborative, and evidence-based. I believe in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms or diagnosis, by considering mental, physical, emotional, social, and environmental factors that influence well-being. I take time to understand each patient's unique experiences, concerns, strengths, and treatment goals. Together, we develop individualized care plans that may include psychiatric medication management, supportive psychotherapy, lifestyle modifications, mindfulness, and patient education. I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered. My goal is not only to help alleviate symptoms but also to promote resilience, restore balance, improve daily functioning, and support lasting wellness.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where your story matters. I will take time to get to know you, understand your concerns, explore your mental and physical health history, and learn about your personal experiences, strengths, and treatment goals. We will discuss the challenges you are facing, what you hope to achieve, and what feeling better would look like for you. Together, we will develop an individualized treatment plan that aligns with your needs, values, and preferences. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, supported, and hopeful about taking the next steps toward better mental health and overall well-being. You do not need to have all the answers or know exactly where to begin; we will take that journey one step at a time.
