Great to meet you!

I've always been curious about the mind, why people think and act the way they do, which is ultimately why I decided to study psychology. Between my life experience and my studies, I developed a breadth of knowledge that led me to become passionate about using this knowledge to help others. As a licensed clinician, I typically work with adults who are are looking to overcome past traumas, going through life transitions, or are seeking help in learning to cope with daily stressors.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is individualized for each person I work with! I am well versed in a variety of therapy modalities and use them in an integrated way to best meet your needs. Throughout learning about each person I work with, I will highlight individual strengths to help you reach your goals and have an improved quality of life.

What you can expect from me

Clients who work with me can expect a warm and casual environment without judgement. I'm aware that life can be unpredictable at times, and that things can change pretty quickly. I'm adaptable and prepared to join you on this journey. I'm excited to help you pave a path to reach your goals, find your inner peace, and be the best version of yourself.

I am also the CEO of Cannacounseling. Please call to inquire about destigmatized therapy for cannabis users.
