A bit about my approach to therapy

I have over 7 yrs. of experience working with individuals, youth, and families. My experience has been in school settings, family counseling centers, and community mental health clinics. Some examples of issues that I have worked with are daily stress, anxiety, isolation, depression, and trauma.
