Hello! My name is Mirella, but most people know me as “Ella”. I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social worker with more than 14 years of experience in the field of clinical social work. I have mostly worked with clients in crisis. I consider crisis to be determined by the person experiencing it. I am here to walk you through whatever curveballs life is throwing at you. Whether you need support through a rough patch with work, family, friends or medical needs. Whether you need encouragement through a separation, divorce or unexpected life event. Whether you need accountability and solution focused therapy to get you thinking forward and moving up! My mission is to meet you, collaborate with you, tailor our sessions to meet your needs and serve you to the best of my abilities.

I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, coping with grief, coping with loss, parenting issues, & depression. I have 10 years of experience working directly with high-risk for suicide individuals. In addition, while working at Victim Service Center I was able to provide short term trauma related therapy to individuals that had been victimized. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
