Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who truly enjoys helping people feel understood and supported. I was drawn to this work because I’ve always had a strong passion for helping others—especially children , teens , adults and individuals who have experienced trauma.

I work with children, teens, and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, life changes, or past experiences that still feel heavy. I also enjoy working with families to improve communication and strengthen relationships.

In sessions, I aim to create a space where you can be yourself without feeling judged. I’m easygoing, compassionate, and I meet you where you are. I use different approaches like CBT, trauma-focused therapy, and attachment-based work, but I always tailor therapy to what works best for you.

Starting therapy can feel uncomfortable, but you don’t have to figure things out alone—I’m here to support you through it.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I don’t see therapy as one-size-fits-all—I meet clients where they are and tailor treatment to what feels most helpful and realistic for their life.

I focus on creating a safe space where clients feel comfortable being honest, even about the hard things. I work at a pace that feels right for you, while also helping you gently move toward the changes you want.

I draw from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-focused work, attachment-based therapy, and solution-focused strategies. Depending on your needs, we may work on understanding patterns, building coping skills, processing past experiences, or improving communication in relationships.

I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, as well as supporting families who want to improve connection and understanding.

At the core of my work is the belief that people can heal and grow when they feel safe, supported, and truly heard.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my focus is on creating a safe, comfortable space where you feel heard and supported. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, explore your current concerns, and begin identifying goals that feel meaningful to you.

You don’t need to have everything figured out—I’ll guide the process and we’ll go at your pace. By the end of session, you’ll have a clearer sense of direction and what working together will look like moving forward.
