Great to meet you!

Do you struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic stress, anger, ADHD symptoms, relationship issues, or emotional overwhelm? Are life transitions, burnout, or persistent patterns leaving you stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward? You don’t have to face these challenges alone — I’m here to help you create meaningful, lasting change.

As a compassionate LCSW psychotherapist, I specialize in supporting adults dealing with anxiety disorders, depressive symptoms, trauma responses, emotional dysregulation, attachment wounds, relationship conflict, self-esteem challenges, and major life transitions. I provide a safe, trauma-informed, skills-based, and evidence-driven therapeutic environment where you can gain insight, strengthen coping skills, and learn new ways to regulate emotions and navigate stress.

My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and goal-focused, integrating CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and strengths-based strategies to help you build resilience, confidence, and emotional stability. Together, we’ll uncover the patterns holding you back, develop practical tools for managing anxiety and stress, and create a personalized plan for healing, growth, and long-term well-being.

If you’re ready to feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned with the life you want, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered, grounded in compassion and your unique strengths. I view therapy as a supportive partnership—a space to work through anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship issues, and life transitions while activating inner resilience, clarifying patterns, and creating meaningful, lasting growth. Each session is tailored to your needs, emotional goals, and the challenges impacting your daily well-being.

I draw from evidence-based modalities that support healing, emotional regulation, stress management, coping skills, and personal transformation. This includes Talk Therapy for exploring thoughts, feelings, and behavior patterns; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to reduce panic attacks, cognitive distortions, mood symptoms, and high-functioning anxiety; and Strengths-Based Therapy to enhance confidence, empowerment, and your capacity for positive change. I also incorporate Solution-Focused Therapy to build practical tools quickly and Mindfulness-Based Techniques for grounding, present-moment awareness, and emotional balance.

I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients explore inner child wounds, attachment patterns, protective parts, and self-compassion, promoting deep emotional healing. As a trauma-informed clinician, I understand how childhood trauma, chronic stress, relational conflict, or burnout can shape self-esteem, boundaries, and emotional responses. My approach prioritizes emotional safety, trust, and working at a pace that feels supportive and secure.

My goal is to help you decrease emotional triggers, strengthen coping mechanisms, improve communication and boundaries, and rebuild a sense of clarity and confidence. Together, we’ll create a path toward greater empowerment, resilience, and long-term emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered, grounded in compassion, whole-person healing, and your natural strengths. I view therapy as an empowering mind–body partnership—a space to explore anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic stress, burnout, and relationship challenges while reconnecting with your inner wisdom and capacity for meaningful change. Each session honors your emotional needs, personal goals, and the patterns you’re ready to shift.

I draw from holistic and evidence-based modalities that support nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and deep personal growth. This includes Talk Therapy to explore thoughts, feelings, and behavior patterns; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to reshape thinking that contributes to anxiety, depressive symptoms, and emotional overwhelm; and Strengths-Based Therapy to amplify resilience, confidence, and inner empowerment. I also integrate Solution-Focused Therapy for practical coping strategies and Mindfulness-Based Techniques to cultivate grounding, somatic awareness, and calm within the body.

With a trauma-informed, whole-person approach, I recognize how past experiences, relationship wounds, chronic stress, and life transitions can impact both emotional well-being and physical regulation. My holistic lens emphasizes emotional safety, nervous system attunement, and moving at a supportive, intentional pace that allows healing to unfold naturally and sustainably.

My goal is to help you reduce emotional triggers, restore balance, strengthen coping skills, and rebuild trust in yourself. Together, we’ll create a path toward greater clarity, grounded empowerment, and long-term mind–body resilience.
