Great to meet you!

If you are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, OCD, stress, life transitions, or emotional challenges, you do not have to navigate them alone. I am a bilingual English-Spanish-speaking Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience working with children, teens, adults, and older adults from diverse backgrounds. I have experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, ADHD, trauma, school and life stress, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow. I believe healing happens through genuine connection, compassion, and practical support tailored to each person’s unique needs and strengths.

My approach to therapy

My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I integrate approaches such as CBT, mindfulness, and ACT, techniques. I believe clients are the experts of their own experiences, and I work collaboratively to help them increase self-awareness, identify unhelpful patterns, and develop practical tools for change. I combine empathy and emotional support with evidence-based strategies that help clients move toward their goals with confidence and clarity. I also value culturally responsive care and strive to honor each client’s personal background, values, and experiences throughout the therapeutic process. I have a special interest in supporting clients struggling with anxiety and OCD using structured, evidence-based approaches while maintaining a compassionate and supportive therapeutic environment.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming and supportive first session focused on getting to know them and understanding what brings them to therapy. We will discuss your current concerns, personal history, strengths, and goals for treatment at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My priority is helping you feel heard, respected, and safe while beginning to identify meaningful steps toward healing and growth. Together, we will create a plan that feels realistic, collaborative, and tailored to your needs.
