Great to meet you!

I am a multicultural counselor. I was born in Spain and have lived in and travelled many countries, experiences that have enriched my views on people, relationships, and healing.

I am now a Licensed Professional Counselor working with adults who are looking to live their lives in a meaningful way that represents truly who they are.

I am currently a student for Psychodynamic Somatic Psychotherapy.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic: mind, body, and soul. The experiences we live shape the way we form belief systems approach to life (mind). Those experiences, especially when challenging, leave a blueprint in our bodies - you might have heard the sentence "The body keeps the score". Last but not least, the experiences we live also affect the way we see our meaning, purpose, and relationship with transcendence (soul). Most of our wounds were created in a relationship with another human. I believe healing also happens in relationship. Through intuition and a safe and healing counseling relationship, my deepest desire is to allow you to connect and shine the light of your True Self.

What you can expect from me

I will listen and receive you as you are. We will talk about what brings you to therapy and your history so we can connect and understand, and you can feel if you think I am a good fit for you. It is very important to me that my clients can feel safe and supported with me.
