Great to meet you!

Trained as a counseling psychologist, at Teachers College, Columbia University, I have 30+ years of experience, providing compassionate, culturally sensitive, client-centered individual and group treatment to persons,18 years and over. Much of my clinical experience revolve around working with people dealing with serious mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, psychosis, as well as relationship issues, trauma due to childhood abuse, and coping with life changes/transitions.

My approach to therapy

Over the years, as I sharpened my clinical acumen through continued training and experience, I have come to view my work with clients as a collaborative journey, exploring, and challenging where necessary, in an effort to find answers to life’s concerns.
