Great to meet you!

Healing looks different for everyone, and your therapy should honor your unique story, values, culture, and lived experiences. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe being your authentic self. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, big life transitions, and the exhausting work of managing overwhelming emotions. Wherever you are right now, I’ll meet you there.

My approach to therapy

My style is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to you, considering the whole person, your mind, body, relationships, culture, and environment. I believe real healing happens when we understand not just the symptoms, but the experiences that shaped them. Together, we’ll notice the patterns, build practical coping skills, process what feels heavy, and create meaningful change that actually lasts, all at a pace that feels supportive and empowering.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is simply a chance to get to know each other and start building trust. We’ll talk about what brought you in, your strengths, and what you’re hoping for, and I’ll take time to understand the cultural background and relationships that make up your story. You don’t need to have it all figured out. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and motivated. Clients describe me as warm, attentive, and genuinely affirming. If this feels like a fit, I’d love to connect for a 15 minute consult.
