I believe healing looks different for everyone, and therapy should honor your unique story, values, culture, and lived experiences. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe being your authentic self. My background includes working with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional regulation. I strive to meet you where you are while helping you build insight, resilience, and lasting change.
Together, we'll work at a pace that feels supportive, empowering, and aligned with your goals.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual. I draw from evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, trauma-informed care, and person-centered therapy, while considering the whole person; mind, body, relationships, culture, and environment. I believe that healing happens when we understand not only symptoms but also the experiences that shaped them.
Together, we'll identify patterns, build practical coping skills, process difficult emotions, and create meaningful, sustainable change in a way that aligns with your values and strengths.
Your first session is an opportunity to get to know one you and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. We’ll discuss what brought you to therapy, your current concerns, your personal strengths, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I also take time to understand your cultural background, values, relationships, and life experiences, as these are important parts of your story. This is a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where you don’t need to have everything figured out. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and motivated.
