Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing in-person and telehealth therapy. I specialize in treating trauma and anxiety with a somatic and relational lens to help clients better identify patterns and increase emotional regulation. I believe people have an innate capacity to heal and reclaim pleasure, connection and power in their lives.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, we’ll explore how patterns show up in your thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, and relationships. We will collaborate on how to build more tolerance for distress, connection, and a life aligned with what you truly care about. I draw from Sensorimotor Processing, EMDR, IFS, and CBT to help you feel less trapped in old reactions and living with more choice.

What you can expect from me

We will move at your own pace as you share what brought you to therapy. We will help synthesize your goals and begin collaborating on the experience you want to be having in therapy. I will ask you some questions about your bodily awareness to get a baseline for how in touch you are with your experience, and there is absolutely no right or wrong answer to these questions! If I sense you need more structure, I can guide the session to learn more about your story.
