Great to meet you!

If you are trying to untangle why old patterns keep repeating or why certain emotions feel so heavy, I can help. As a psychodynamically trained therapist, I work with adults to connect the dots between early experiences and today's challenges. Clients describe my style as warm, relational, and deeply curious. My goal is to provide a safe, steady space to slow down, make sense of your inner world, and create real, lasting emotional change.

My approach to therapy

Do you find yourself caught in repeating emotional patterns, feeling stuck in relationships, or wondering why certain triggers keep dragging you down?

I work collaboratively with adults to explore how your early experiences and past relationships shape your current emotions and ways of relating. Drawing on psychodynamic and relational approaches, we’ll look not just at what you’re going through outside of therapy, but also at what happens between us in the room—providing a safe space to understand and shift those deep-seated patterns.

My style is warm, engaged, and curious. Together, we will work to make sense of your inner world, reduce longstanding emotional distress, and help you build a more grounded, meaningful life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space to slow down and talk about what’s bringing you in at your own pace. I’ll listen closely to your story, what feels most difficult right now, and what you’re hoping might change. We’ll begin to identify patterns, clarify what you’re experiencing, and think together about what support might be most helpful. There is no pressure to have everything figured out—this is a starting point for understanding and direction.
