Great to meet you!

I’m a psychotherapist trained in psychoanalysis and object relations. I work with adults to understand how early relationships and lived experiences shape current emotions, patterns, and relationships. My approach is warm, relational, and thoughtful, offering a space to slow down, make sense of what feels difficult, and develop deeper self-understanding. Together, we work toward meaningful and lasting emotional change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in psychoanalytic and object relations therapy. I work with adults to understand how early relationships and life experiences shape current emotions, patterns, and ways of relating.

In our work, we pay attention not only to what you’re going through, but also to what emerges between us in the therapeutic relationship, as this often reveals important relational patterns that can lead to deeper understanding and change. My style is warm, engaged, and curious. I work collaboratively to help you make sense of your inner experience, reduce longstanding emotional distress, and create more meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space to slow down and talk about what’s bringing you in at your own pace. I’ll listen closely to your story, what feels most difficult right now, and what you’re hoping might change. We’ll begin to identify patterns, clarify what you’re experiencing, and think together about what support might be most helpful. There is no pressure to have everything figured out—this is a starting point for understanding and direction.
