As a licensed psychologist, I provide psychotherapy focused on relieving symptoms of anxiety and depression while enhancing interpersonal relationships. I have extensive experience working with adults and children of all ages with diverse needs.
While my training is in psychodynamic and attachment theories, I have come to incorporate evidence-based, cognitive behavioral techniques into my work.
In addition to growth-oriented individual treatment, I offer support to parents of children with emotional, social, behavioral or sensory issues. I have also developed specialized skills doing teletherapy with caregivers of family members who struggle with long-term psychiatric or medical challenges.
