Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Mirian Saldivar, LCSW. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to providing a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore challenges, build resilience, and work toward meaningful change. I have experience working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, stress, relationship difficulties, and emotional regulation concerns.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered and strengths-based, incorporating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused interventions. I believe that each person is the expert of their own life, and I strive to collaborate with clients to identify their goals and develop practical tools to improve their overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and the goals you'd like to work toward. I'll ask questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and support system. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. Together, we'll begin developing a plan tailored to your needs and goals.
