Great to meet you!

Therapy doesn't have to feel intimidating, or clinical - I believe there's room for healing and a little laughter along the way. I'm a warm, friendly and trauma-focused therapist. I integrate trauma-focused modalities with holistic, mind-body approaches. My goal is to create a safe, genuine space where you can show up as your whole self, and find meaningful ways to heal, grown and reconnect with yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and grounded in the belief that healing should feel both meaningful and human. I integrate trauma-focused therapeutic modalities with holistic, mind-body practices such as breathwork and mindfulness.

What you can expect from me

Initially it's about getting comfortable, getting to know each other, and creating a space where you feel safe being your authentic self. Together, we'll identify initial goals, but most importantly it's about creating a safe environment where you're heard, respected, and met exactly where you are.
