I am a caring and compassionate person who is here to support you in a safe and nonjudgmental space. I have extensive training and experience as an LCSW-R (Licensed Clinical Social Worker w/ R-Privileges), CASAC II (Certified Alcoholism & Substance Abuse Counselor), and Licensed School Social Worker.

I specialize in helping adults and teens with anxiety, ADHD, depression, life transitions, substance abuse and stress management

In my practice, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-Based approaches, all while centering my work around your unique needs and experiences. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel heard, seen, and supported, without any judgment.
