Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate therapist who believes in meeting clients where they are in their journey. I understand that starting therapy can feel overwhelming and may bring up fears of judgment, uncertainty, or vulnerability. My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive, and safe environment where clients feel heard and understood. I believe every individual has strengths and inner tools that can help them grow and heal, and I work collaboratively with clients to help them recognize and build upon those strengths. I have experience supporting individuals of all ages through challenges related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, anger management, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. I believe clients often already hold the answers within themselves, and my role is to guide and support them through the healing process. I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness techniques. I focus on helping clients build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change. I strive to empower clients to overcome challenges and move toward greater emotional well-being and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session to be a comfortable, supportive conversation focused on getting to know them and understanding what brings them to therapy. We will discuss current concerns, personal goals, strengths, and any challenges they may be facing. I understand that opening up can feel difficult, so I move at a pace that feels comfortable and safe for each individual. The first session is also an opportunity for clients to ask questions, share what they hope to gain from therapy, and begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. My goal is for clients to leave the session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about their journey forward.
