I'm known for my highly eclectic approach, emphasizing strong rapport building and cultural attunement with clients. I tailor therapy to each individual, drawing from a diverse toolkit of therapeutic approaches, including REBT, Person-Centered, CBT, Solution-Focused, Growth-Focused, Play Therapy (even for Adults), Psycho-Education, Motivational Interviewing,

Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, and more. Additionally, I offer Faith-Based therapy for those interested.
