Great to meet you!

If you're exhausted from always holding it together, constantly overthinking, or carrying the weight of painful experiences that no one else sees, you don't have to keep doing it alone. I specialize in helping adults and teens heal from trauma, manage anxiety, and recover from burnout by creating a space where you feel deeply understood, not judged. Together, we'll move beyond survival mode so you can reconnect with peace, confidence, and the life you deserve.

My approach to therapy

Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Somatic Experiencing-informed techniques are typically the approaches I use to help clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, and nervous system responses influence their daily lives.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting to know you as a person, not just the challenges that brought you to therapy. We'll explore what matters most to you, what brings you joy, what inspires you, and the strengths you've relied on throughout your life. Building a trusting, comfortable relationship is priority.
